These 7-1/2-inch forks are the shortest in Progressive's line of fondue forks. (The longest are 9 inches.) The forks curve downward, making dipping and spearing easier. Made of 18/8 stainless steel, the forks feel a bit lightweight and don't offer the grip and feel that a fork with a raised or separate handle would. The handle ends do have decorative holes in them, giving some traction. --Fred Brack
