• Care Of Your Cookware Before first use, clean with hot water, soap and soft sponge or cloth. Always allow your cookware to cool down before cleaning. The frypan is dishwasher safe but is recommended to hand wash, as aggressive cleaning agents can damage the non-stick properties of the coating. Non-stick coatings naturally wear with use. Overheating and burning will speed up that process. Never cook at temperatures higher than medium or 200 degrees C. To protect non-stick coating, wooden or silicone cooking tools are recommended.
